Keep your visitors up to date on what’s going on in real estate news. With this easy to use news system you can submit any articles you wish and your guest can see the most recent articles on your home page or search for an article.
- Buying Advice
With our buying advice section you can post all of the most current buying advice articles you can find. They say knowledge is key so give your visitors the knowledge they want and they will return to buy from you. The most recent posted articles show on your home page and the visitors can search all of your articles to find just the advice they need.
- Selling Advice
The selling advice section is identical to the buying advice section. The only difference is you post selling advice articles. The most recent posted articles show on your home page and the visitors can search all of your articles to find just the advice they need.
- Listings
On your home page you have the option of including 2 scrolling boxes. One will include random 'Featured' listings 'Your listings'. The other will include scrolling random MLS listings. Both of these pull totally random listings. This means every time a visitor comes to your home page they see listings that they have not seen before. This makes it look as though you are updating your site constantly.
- With all of the features listed above your site will stay fresh and keep your visitors coming back until they are ready to buy or sell.
- MLS and Featured Listings
Unlike most websites when your visitors look at MLS listings on your site they stay on your site. The MLS system is built into the website. There are no links in the MLS system that will take the visitor away from your site. The MLS listing look identical to your featured listings. Below are some of the things that both MLS and Featured listings have in common for the visitor.
- Strong and deep search system
For both types of listings a visitor can search by MLS #, County, City, Zip Code, Type, Price, Lot Size or Acreage, Square footage, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, and stories.

- Payments
A strong payment calculator is built into the listing. It will take the price of the property calculate a 20% down payment, Calculate the remaining balance, then calculate the actual approximate payment. All 3 of these are displayed to your visitor on each listing. They also have the option to use the payment calculator from the listing. Please see payment calculator below for details on it.
- Request More Info
The visitor can request more info on each listing they are interested in. When they request more info on a listing they will be entered into your leads system for that listing and you will be emailed to let you know you have a new lead waiting.
- Send to a friend
Using this link a visitor can send an email to a friend to let them know about the listing. A link to the listing is included in the email that is sent.
- What can I afford
Using this link the visitor will be taken to your budget calculator. Here they will enter there monthly house hold income. The calculator will then calculate a full house hold budget including such things as Housing, Utilities, Food, Transportation, Medical, Clothing, Invest/Savings, Debt Payments, and Misc. The budget calculations are based on the Consumer Credit Counseling Service budget.
- Images
All of the properties images are shown on the same page. The guest is never taken away from your website.
- What you get in the listings administrative area
The listing sections in the administrative area are packed with features tailored to make your like as an agent much easier.
- Featured Listings
Featured listings are your personal listings. You can post each and every one of your personal listings under the featured listings. There is plenty of area to post all of the information about each listing in depth. This is designed to make life easier on you in the long run. When posting a listing you can add as many pictures as you would like and choose the order they are shown in. You can enter a description for each picture. You can also enter a full description of the property. The seller information you enter is automatically fed into your rolodex and leads system. After entering in all the information for a listing and posting it you have many options on how you want to use the information. Below are the options for each featured listing in the admin area.
- Add More Images
You can at any time add more images to your listing.
- Update Images
You can change the picture order, picture description or delete any image at any time.
- Update listing Basics
Here you can update the basic listing information.
- Edit Listing Worksheet
Here you can edit your listing worksheet.
- Edit Seller Info
Edit the sellers information. This also updates your lead and rolodex information for the seller.
- Edit Seller Worksheet
Edit the Sellers Worksheet.
- Add Showing Record
Use this feature to track who has shown your listing and any feed back they may have offered.
- View Leads
View all the leads that have been entered for this listing.
- Add New Lead
Here you can add a new lead for this listing. If someone calls and you tell them about this listing enter them in its leads so you can track the lead.
- All Showing Records
This will show you all of the showing records for this listing. This will tell you at a glance how many times the property has been shown and who showed it. You can also print it out.
- View Seller Info
this will show you all of the sellers information. You can also print it out.
- As you can see we have included every item we could think of in your featured listings to make tracking your leads easier, tracking the property easier, and just make life easier on you in general.
- MLS Listings
IN the MLS listings you can add leads, view leads, and add showing records to any MLS listing.
- County Information
Visitors can search for county information on each of your serviced county without ever leaving your website. County information includes Basic county info, Attractions, Population, Per Capita income, Education, Local Taxes, Incentives/Exemptions, Municipal Services, Transportation, and Utilities.
- Help Buying
Not to be confused with buying advice in this section a visitor will enter the information about what they are looking for. The information is entered into your leads system, you are sent an email to let you know you have a new lead, then the customer is shown all of the listings that meet what they are looking for. Your listings are shown first.
- Help Selling
In this section the visitor enters all of the information about what they would like to sell. The information is then stored in your leads system and emailed to you so you can start calculating the market value of the property.
- Payment Calculator
I know you have seen basic payment calculators on every real estate website. This calculator is nothing like normal. The visitor will enter the asking price, percentage they want to put down, length of the mortgage, and an interest rate. When they hit submit the calculator will calculate the payments by month. If the customer is paying less than 20% down it will automatically add PMI. It also calculates the property taxes and includes them with the payment. In the results it will breakdown each part of the payment and explain to your guest what each part is. After the explanations it then produces a full payment schedule for each month of the loan. These include Interest Paid, Principal Paid, and Remaining Balance for each month. At the end of each year it will show how much was paid for the whole year, how much of it went toward principle and how much went toward interest.
- Testimonials
You visitors are able to post and see testimonials others have left for you. You decide what testimonials are shown in the admin area.
- Contact me
The visitor will be shown your contact information and a form where they can contact you. You can edit your contact info in the admin area.
